CCRC Talk – High Seas and Tall Tales Talk & Lunch 10.30am – Itchenor Sailing Club

The Talk will include some presentations by members about the Race Rules, the Rolling Start, the Fowey Regatta 2026, and then we will have some light hearted stories of our own high sea’s adventures. Please arrive for 10.15/30, there will be coffee available from the club café, where you can also pre order and pay for your 1pm drinks (theatre interval style). The talks will be across the ISC courtyard in the members room, followed by drinks, then Sunday lunch from 1.30pm. Typically, the Sunday Roasts comes in 3 options, and all include Yorkshire puddings.

2. Fowey Regatta & the Feeder Races  – 17-23rd August – 15 Minutes – Joe & Alice

End 11.45

1. Tall Stories & High Seas – Fastnet – 10/15 Minutes – Craig & FM
2. Tall Stories & High Seas – Pork Pie Paul – 5 Minutes – John & Andrew
3. Guest Speaker
4. Tall Stories & High Seas – Racing with the SA Sharks – 5 Minutes

Drinks 1pm then Lunch 1.30pm

Vegetable Wellington with a choice of potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, veg and gravy: £21.50pp

Roast Pork with a choice of potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, veg and gravy: £22.50pp

Roast Beef with a choice of potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, veg and gravy: £22.50pp

Pudding – usually a choice of crumble with either cream, ice cream and sometimes custard: £5.25pp

Terms and Conditions

To book the lunch and talk please make a payment via PayPal, and then fill out the form below. All bookings will recieve a confirmation from PAYPAL by email. All guests are welcome but the club reserves the right to refuse / and then the payment will be returned. Guests are advised to complete an optional guest entry form – (click here). Please pay using the PAYPAL link before COMPLETING any forms.

You will receive an email on submission of your booking and another once the booking is confirmed. If you return to this page after booking then it will remind you that you have already booked.

Only a payment will secure your Lunch booking. Lunch can not be paid for on the day and all meals have to booked ahead of the event and can not be selected on the event day. This form will be closed midday on Wednesday 25th February.
